Your I - 94 Validity cannot be at a date later than H1-B. You say you got your first H1B visa till Oct 2005, but I - 94 expires in Nov 2005. I donot think it can happen
Third country Nationals can go to Mexico and get thier Visa stamped. The only thing is if your Visa gets refused for some reason, you will have to fly back to home coutry and get it stamped.
Have not heard such cases though.

My wife had concived for 3 days in June. During immigration medical exams Doctor gave her MMR shots and stated don't get pregnant for another 3 months.
After 15 days, We came to know that she is pregnant.
last week my wife had miscarriage after 18 weeks of pregnancy. Not sure it's because of MMR or something else.
can't comment on the connection between MMR and MC but whatever may be the reason a MC is always very painful ... we also had gone thru the same agony and pain last year though the reason for MC was unrelated than yours ... this year we are blessed with a baby boy .... do follow the OBGY's advice and if suggested do the D&C (personal opinion offcourse but it was a great help for us) ..
will wait for the good news from your guy's side in next couple of month's time ...

I-140 approval in March 2008
Spouse 485/AP/EAD applied August 2008 (received receipt notices)
Self EAD applied August 2008 (received receipt notices)
Till date I have not received my FP notice. I applied for my EAD (even though I am not planning on using it) hoping to jump start my pending 485 and get the things rolling for FP and processing of 485. Surprisingly, I got my EAD approval email on Aug 17th and I received my EAD card in the mail yesterday. It is valid for 2 years. It says finger prints not available. No change in the pending 485 status.
I am totally perplexed about receiving the EAD without FP and so is my attorney. Can someone give me an idea of what is going on? Any input is appreciated! Thanks much!

I'm with Michael on the lizard shot ... maybe it's the disconnected rear foot that makes it look odd.
I REALLY like the water lily shot, Josh. The composition is beautiful, with the other lily pads forming a "circle of circles" counterbalance to the flower. Very, very nice ... in fact, probably my favorite of all your posted photos. (not that I have anything against the others)

That little sucker looks to be one heck of a feature packed little camera. If you did not think about FF and pro stuff this would make the consumer camera one real tough decision! Nice little camera!

2,000 images on one battery/one charge - impressive. The battery looks oh so close to the BP-511 - just not quite the same as to be interchangable. Why, why, why? ;) The world has enough battery form-factors already.
Odd that it's has a minimum ISO 200.
Overall the specs look really good. No samples images to look at yet, tho'.
OK, Canon, now let's have "the rest of the story". What else have you got for us, now that you've seen the other player's hand?

I have been in US for last 2 years on L1 B and my L1 expires in Dec 09.I My company has already applied for renewal. I wanted to know is it possible to file Green Card, once my petition is renewed, on my own even if employer is not interested in doing it. I am ready to pay my expenses and get it filed. Just wanted to know if it is possible. I have been with my employer for 4 years.

I recently came back from India, and got a new I-94 at port of entry, but later I noticed that CBP officer added 10 more days to my I-94 expiry(it may be a mistake by the officer)

I have applied 485 in July 2, 2007. Note that my PD Jan 2001 - EB3 (priority dated ported) And I140 is already approved. I have done FP in Oct 2007. Received EAD and AP way back.But I saw LUD on my 485 application on Dec 14, 2007.
Does this mean any thing. Message content is not changed though.
