My attorney by mistake has applied for my ead renewal 10 days before the 120 time frame. I was supposed to send my application to USCIS by June 20th but my attorney sent it today and did this by mistake. can the gurus please explain me my options. i would hate to miss the line for being diligent. do they reject my application and if so will they send it back. can i apply a new app before i get this application back or do i have to wait till it comes back (if it comes back). what other negative implications should i be worried about.

It's really impossible to answer this without knowing the exact employment relationship that is planned and what the denial said in detail. Presumably your employer has a lawyer who can advise on whether an appeal might be successful. It is very likely that the denial was based on there not being the correct "employer-employee" relationship. CIS issued a new memo on this last month, and there are many threads in this forum on the topic. I got GC under EB2, I'm planning to start my own business. is there any risk factors if i leave my employer right after getting GC and change the Field of intrest?

We filed 485 on Jul 2nd. So far no receipt yet.:(
My wife's F1 status is going to expire in Aug. She needs to change her status to H4 now. Will the status change have any negative influence on our 485 application? Do we need to send some amendment regarding the COS?
Btw, which center she needs to send COS this time?:D :D Thanks a lot.
In a memo posted by the USCIS (in the press room tab) appears a notice where they say that receipts of july filers will be delivered by August 1st.

I am also on the same boat.For me and my wife we only I-765 recipts only and the rest are not there.Checks are also encahsed only for this.I am not sure what is is the logic and which one will follow is it 485 then rest .

My PD is Jan04 in eb3 catogory and I am from India. Currently I am working under EAD . My wife recently got job offer and her company is ready to file her labor under EB2 category. My question is thats ? will that be a problem when she files for 485 based on her labor since she already filed 485 based on my labor . Any suggestion is appriciated .

I agree that you should just send the G-325, if that is all they ask for. Just follow the instructions on the RFE regarding how to respond.

I am trying to fill the G325 Application. I have one field left to fill Alien Registration Number. Is this the I-94 number or any other number on the Visa or any other document?

Alien registration number is found either on I-140 receipt/approval on top of beneficiary's name. If you're not sure, just leave it blank or put N/A. This is different from I-94 number.

I did not resign from company A till July 2003 ( was on vacation from company A and got paid).I also got experience letter from company A saying that I worked from Sep 2000 to july 2003
Now in my biographic forms should I declare that I worked in company A from Sep 2000 to May 2003 (or) Sep 2000 to July 2003?
If I put Sep 2000 - July 2003, will I be in a problem? Please advice

Also the numbers he is reporting might be cooked by himself with no proof or source provided where he took his numbers from.
Despite that, the argument he is provinding, itself should be given to support more immigration.
Population of all developed countries is in decline. So they are encouraging young people from other countries to support their economies. Now with so many baby boomers starting to retire, the working population of USA is not just stabilizing as he chose to say but going to decline. To support the US economy it needs young people to immigrate so that the baby boomers like himself can keep getting their social security checks in mail. So his argument is not persuasive enough to people who know better. But the problem is most people who don't know enough about immigration or economy can easily be brainwashed to become anti-immigration with this kind of pseudologic hogwash.
